Responsibilities:

1. Address inquiries regarding our educational programs, admissions process, course offerings, and other related services.
2. Assist in resolving issues related to our learning platform and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process and explain the benefits of our educational programs.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is shared with callers.
5. Keep detailed records of all interactions and follow up on pending issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
