Responsibilities:
- Receive and process online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders and coordinate with logistics team.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update inventory system and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in online order taking and dispatching, preferably in the accounting industry.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and order management systems.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and inventory management is a plus.
