• Generate sales leads and prospects through various channels.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Convert prospects into paying customers through effective negotiation and persuasion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Provide regular sales reports to management to track performance and progress.
• Cross-sell and up-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
• Work with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about the products or services offered and effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations in all interactions.

• Proven work experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
• Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tools.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use sales-related software and tools.
• Knowledge of the industry or product category in which the company operates.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in consumer behavior.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
