We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. You will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, leveraging various social media platforms to connect with our target audience and build a strong online presence.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Manage and oversee social media accounts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

Create engaging and compelling content, including text, images, and videos, to captivate and expand the social media audience.

Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Implement social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Analyze and report on social media performance using key metrics and insights, providing recommendations for optimization and future strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms, recommending innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Stay informed about relevant regulations, privacy policies, and guidelines to ensure compliance in all social media activities.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.

Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and social media advertising.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft engaging content.

Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and analyze performance.

Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media campaigns.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
