• Monitors and execute day to day activities of team to ensure required support
• Provides smooth and efficient flow of work within a team
• Identifying operation related issue to maximize efficiency in terms or time, cost and resources.
• Preparing day to day to-do –list for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively.
• Reporting daily activities of department and highlighting issues that is considerably management’s concern.

• Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
• Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.
• Monitoring performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Business Administration or related field from recognized university with at least 2 years’ work experience
• Having an in-depth knowledge of customer relationship and dealing with their issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills specifically English
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
• Good knowledge of documentation and reporting
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Experience working to and exceeding targets
