Call Center Agent
Job Specification:
- Minimum education level: Metric/O-A Level/Intermediate or above.
- Exceptional English communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve a high conversion percentage.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and reliable nature.

- Connecting with existing and potential customers in the USA.
- Assisting customers in acquiring internet, television, and phone services, while promoting available deals.
- Ensuring that all quality parameters are met during every phone call.
- Attending all required training sessions to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
Walk-in Interview Schedule:
- 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
