Job Description:
• Prepare project related documentation such as user manuals, implementation guides.
• Develop domain expertise of the U.S. healthcare industry.
• Work closely with the developers and QA personnel to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Web content development and management.
Job Specification
• 1+ year proven experience in a similar position.
• Minimum educational qualification is BSCS/MA Mass Communication or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Strong written English skills are must for this position.
• Excellent communication, presentation and inter personal skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work while following project timelines
