Our client is looking for a social media coordinator passionate about the digital landscape and skilled in crafting compelling social media narratives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with the business objectives of our client, target audience, and brand image.
- Creating and curating high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Managing social media accounts, monitoring user engagement, and responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns to drive lead generation.
- Analyzing social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive and relevant.
- Acting as the face of the company for events, video content, and other public-facing opportunities, and engaging with customers. Maintaining a consistent brand visibility and messaging across all social media platforms, ensuring that all content is aligned with the company’s marketing strategy
- Developing and managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy, targeting audiences, and monitoring ad performance.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to address customer issues and concerns raised on social media platforms, and providing timely and effective resolutions.
