We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced GDS Ticketing Staff to join our team.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle ticketing inquiries and bookings using Global Distribution System (GDS) software.
2. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues related to ticketing.
3. Ensure accurate and timely issuance of tickets, adhering to airline policies and regulations.
4. Monitor flight schedules, availability, and fares to optimize ticketing opportunities.
5. Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a GDS Ticketing Staff in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
2. Proficient in using Global Distribution System (GDS) software, preferably Amadeus or Sabre.
3. Strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures, fare rules, and industry regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
