Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and monitor multiple software development projects simultaneously.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather project requirements and ensure efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Manage and mitigate project risks, resolving issues and conflicts when necessary.
5. Review and evaluate project performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
6. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables to clients.

1. Strong project management skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in the Accounting industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
4. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
