We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of a Customer Support Executive who will focus on providing excellent responsive service for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position is responsible for providing customers outstanding live, via telephone or live chat.
Customer service representative will have to primarily handle inbound calls, where customers would reach out to agents via phone calls or live chat to resolve their issues.

• Multi-tasking, the experience of managing multiple customer queries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with standard business environments software, such as MS Word and MS Excel.
• An aptitude for caring for Customers and must have the analytical ability to resolve customer issues
• Comfortable balancing competing demands.
