5. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of social media campaigns.
6. Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices to optimize our social media presence and drive engagement with our target audience.
7. Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and how each platform can be utilized to achieve marketing goals.
