Title: Office Boy
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the office area, including the kitchen and washrooms.
2. Ensure the availability of necessary office supplies, such as stationery, cleaning materials, and refreshments.
3. Assist in photocopying, filing, and organizing documents as required.
4. Run errands outside the office, such as delivering documents, purchasing office supplies, and banking activities.
5. Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and preparing refreshments for meetings as requested.
6. Monitor and maintain office equipment, such as printers, photocopiers, and fax machines, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
7. Provide support to the administrative team, including typing documents, managing incoming and outgoing emails, and handling phone calls.
