Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain financial databases and records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle any other related accounting tasks as assigned

- Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
