Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries and project discussions.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Keep track of communications and follow up as necessary to ensure timely responses.
Possess intermediate-level knowledge of website development principles, technologies, and trends.
Assist in discussing project feasibility and requirements with clients, providing insights into web development solutions.
