We at MakeWays/MESI Group are looking for a “Front Desk Officer” to join our team to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.

Office Timings: 10.00 am till 7.00 pm
Working Days: Monday till Saturday
Office Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Responsibilities:
1. Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
2. Greet and welcome guests.
3. Answer questions and address complaints.
4. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
5. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
6. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels.
7. Check, sort & forward emails.
8. Providing support to Admin and HR for documentation.
9. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
10. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
11. Assist HR team for scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates.
12. Align office boy to serve refreshments to office employees & guests.
Education And Experience
1. Bachelors / Intermediate with experience of at least 2-3 years.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint etc.
4. Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Customer service orientation.
7. Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks efficiently and accurately.
8. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
9. Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
