We needs BDMs/ CSRs (fully remote) for different departments in our company, usual to the promptness to answer/ make calls via given instructions/ training, you would be required to:
1. Act as a liason between Falak and its their stakeholders. This is while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
2. Communicating and promptly responding to the enquiries being received while maintaining good organisation at all times.
3. Have the ability to reach out to people via e-mails, social media posts and other communicationn channels.
4. Communicate thoughtful, customised solutions that help the stakeholders to move forward with our business.
Person should be well versed as to the ethics of sales and marketing. We will be giving preference to people having a knack for Digital Marketing. Experience in Recruitment would be a huge plus for our BDM requirements in the HR Department of the company.
Please note that fluency in English language is a must.
