• To carryout teaching and training activities of students and working professionals in software related field based on company guidelines and operating procedures.
• Teaching methods would include taking lectures, presentations, demonstrations.
• Will be responsible for creating teaching aids for course modules.
• Conduct tests, examinations, evaluation, and provide feedback.
• Supervise project work of students and guide them.
• Facilitate thinking ability of students and trainees.
• Candidate will have to represent the organization in seminars and conferences.
• Facilitate in internal quality audits of the academy.
• Participate in companies internal meetings and represent the organization in meeting the clients when called for.
• Constantly update knowledge for self development and growth of academy.
• Attempt activities and duties that are reasonably expected from a trainer.
