• Make packages (excursions on demand for clients)
• Ability to develop packages for Holidays, honeymoons, leisure, business travel etc.
• Developing complete domestic and international tour packages by suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest to clients.
• Checking tickets and other relevant documents (passport), seat allocations and any special requirements.
• Communicating a range of information on itineraries, destinations and culture; informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destination on the itinerary.
• Providing practical support throughout the trip.
• Advising about facilities, such as sights, restaurants and shops, at each destination.
• Deciding how many holidays to sell each season and the resorts/countries to use.
• Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.
• Ensure proper timely follow-ups with vendors

• Must have experience in dealing in Tours
• Must have experience in developing Tour Packages
  
• Must have sound knowledge of different routes.
• Knowledge of ticketing and experience with GDS System.
  
• Must have experience of dealing with client’s queries and customer relationship.
• Must have knowledge about Visa processes or solving immigration issues.
• Should have personal contacts with vendors, suppliers, hotels, coach companies, restaurants, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps.
