Job Description
- Handle clients appearing in office to get Umrah services.
- Provide detailed information on the different Umrah services to the clients.
- Provide available services according to the requests received from the clients.
- Provide tickets date change and refund services, if possible, for the tickets and hotel vouchers provided to/by clients if they request for the mentioned services.
- ·Carefully make tickets/reservations, hotel reservations and other services taking responsibility for any mistakes made.
- Respond to emails received from the direct and corporate clients.
- Email tickets/ Hotel vouchers and other electronic documents to the different clients if required by the clients.
- Communicate with staff members online by Skype or discuss things whenever required in order to create team work for providing better services to the clients and avoiding confusions.
- Share information that can be of any business interest for authorities and provide suggestions on how to improve business.
Job Specification
- Must have knowledge of Umrah including location of hotels in Makkah and Madinah.
- Must have experience in dealing with clients requiring Umrah services.
- Should have experience in operating Abacus, Galileo or other GDS and be certified.
- Should have expertise in dealing with clients and possess good interpersonal skills.
- Should have good computer skills.
