Pro Work Technical Services is a leading service provider company based in Karachi, Pakistan. We specialize in offering a wide range of call center services, including outbound and inbound calls, sales generation, and customer care. Currently, we serve large enterprise companies internationally.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and promote our products/services.
2. Handle inbound sales calls and provide prompt and efficient assistance to customers.
3. Identify and engage with potential prospects to generate new business opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and positioning our products/services.
6. Update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies and achieve team goals.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a telesales executive or related role in the telecommunications industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
