Job Title: Backend Developer - NodeJS, SQL, NoSQL, DevOps & Docker
Location: Karachi
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. This role will be focused on developing and maintaining backend systems using NodeJS, SQL, NoSQL, applying DevOps practices, and utilizing Docker for development and deployment. Understanding of Cloud-Native Infrastructure (CNCF) will be a plus. Knowledge of other programming languages such as Go, Python, or Rust and the ability to differentiate between them will be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable NodeJS code that powers our backend services.
- Understand, design, and optimize data interactions through SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
- Utilize Docker for containerization, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
- Work closely with frontend developers and other team members to establish objectives, design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Understand and leverage Cloud-Native Infrastructure (CNCF) to deliver scalable and resilient systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Continuously learn about new programming languages and technologies to stay updated with current trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer, working with NodeJS, SQL, NoSQL.
- Proficient understanding of DevOps methodologies and Docker.
- Familiarity with Cloud-Native Infrastructure (CNCF) is preferred.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Go, Python, or Rust is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.

Salary: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
