Job Description
o Good comprehension in contract management policies & processes
o Preparation & Submission of Proposals against RFP/ RFQs.
o Verification of scope of work and payments details (post sales).
o Sites/ Purchase Orders/ Advance POs/ Pending POs and Payments Tracking
o Weekly, Monthly Reporting to Commercial manager
o Weekly/ Monthly reports to Head Quarter
o Involved/ Responsible for all contracts in hand.
o Miscellaneous Support to Commercial Team & Special tasks and Projects assign by the Manager.
