Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, expenses, and other related documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and reconcile account balances, bank statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and accounting practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or similar role in the accounting industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and related tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
