Jumpshare is looking for talented Sr. PHP Programmar to work on a web application with an accomplished team in Islamabad. Qualified candidate must have good experience with CodeIgniter PHP Framework. You will become part of an ingenious team working on a large and scalable PHP application. We offer competitive salaries, in addition to other benefits. - Want to build a product that will be used by millions
- Comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and platforms and adapting fast
- Comfortable with unit testing and rapid release cycles
- Confident when it comes to solving problems not tackled before (we will be writing libraries from scratch)
Requirements:
- Advanced skills in PHP and Object oriented programming,
- Proficient with MVC based frameworks and experience of CodeIgniter is a plus
- Understanding and practical implementation of code refactoring
- Strong understanding of OAuth, SOAP, REST and Third party APIs
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (AJAX and Comet)
- Considerable experience working with SQL and knowledge of NoSQL
- Knowledge of working in Linux environment
- You should also be comfortable with Git, SVN, and CVS
- Experience of working with a Web server (Nginx and Apache)
- Experience starting projects from scratch and jumping into an existing architecture
- Experience building scalable web apps
