We are currently seeking motivated employees for hybrid positions in USA-based projects. The position's primary responsibility is to make outbound or inbound calls and assist customers as per need. You should be articulate, and conversational, have good typing/keyboard skills, and be comfortable with fast-paced work. Must have good Oral and Verbal communication skills.
- Providing the first level of support, responding to a high volume of calls and e-mails from customers.
- Assisting customers with a variety of questions, requests, and issues; effectively researching, documenting, tracking/monitoring customers’ requests and issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Effectively communicating technical concepts, while taking into consideration the varying degrees of customers’ technical experience.
- Accurately inputting documents and recording customer issues using CRM tools.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (in person, writing, and phone) and listening skills.
- Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of basic problem resolution/escalation processes.
- The ability to learn new software products and how to troubleshoot these products and services
- Strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
- Bachelor degree required
