Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided lists
- Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their value
- Handle objections with confidence, address questions, and provide accurate information
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in our systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- US or British accent is mandatory
- 6 months or more previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus
- Ability to remain positive and persistent, even in the face of challenges
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and tracking
- Enthusiasm for achieving goals and contributing to team success
- Knowledge of CRM along with campaigns
- Goal-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving results
- Knowledge of B2B marketing & audience
- Must be able to work in night shift

Requirements:
Proven experience in International sales, customer service
US & UK campaign inbound/outbound. A US accent is preferable.
Willing to relocate to Multan.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience in Digital Marketing / SEO but not preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with CRM Zoho/Hubspot/Salesforce/any other software and sales management tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
