Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development to improve existing food products and create new recipes
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met throughout the production process

- Conduct sensory evaluations and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in food technology
- Provide technical support to production and quality assurance teams
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Assist in the development and documentation of product specifications
- Strong understanding of food processing techniques and technologies
