Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry news, and global economic factors that impact the chemical, commodity, and petrochemical markets.
Trade Execution: Execute trades for the purchase and sale of chemical, commodity, and petrochemical products in accordance with company strategies and risk management guidelines.
Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key industry stakeholders to foster trust and facilitate business growth.
Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading positions to minimize risk and maximize profitability. Implement risk mitigation strategies as needed.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Documentation: Prepare and manage trade documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, to ensure smooth transactions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and industry standards.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on trading activities, market conditions, and performance to support decision-making processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics).
Proven experience in trading, marketing, and risk management within the commodities and/or fertilizer/chemicals industry (at least 2-3 years experience)
Proficiency in market and commodity analysis techniques.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage key customers and suppliers.
Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and expanding market presence
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and seize revenue-generating opportunities
Effective coordination and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
Proactive approach to researching prices and market trends
Strong planning and organizational abilities for purchases and sales
Ability to gather information and insights from various sources and apply them to decision-making
Proven track record of executing trades efficiently and effectively
