Key Responsibilities:
Post Production Support: Assist in various aspects of post production. Brain storming, researching, Idea generation and working with the video editors to Implement those ideas.
Script and Story Analysis: Collaborate with the team to analyze scripts, identify production requirements, and offer creative input.
Hiring Assistance: Job posting, filtering candidates and onboarding video editors and 2D/3D Animators. Assign projects to employees according to their expertise.
Post Production Coordination: Support the coordination of schedules and budgets.
Learning and Growth: Actively engage in learning from experienced professionals and seek opportunities to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film and TV, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Passion for filmmaking and a strong understanding of the industry.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic knowledge of film equipment and software is a plus.
