Job Description
- Manage daily stock in and out activities.
- Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.
- Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)
- Perform visual validation of received merchandise to description and package details from original purchase order.
- Manage the RTV (Return to Vendor) process. Includes item documentation - tracking, adjusting / destroying.
- Input product description information in current inventory systems.
- Perform in a manner consistent with company's Operating principles.
- Accountable for the Annual Physical Inventory of all materials/stocks.
- Prepare report of all properties/equipments/stocks on hand balance.
- Maintains quantity of supplies and monitors shelf life of a particular items based on receipts or invoices for submission to the accounting head.
- Verifies, checks discrepancies on stock quantities, packaging, quality and pricing
- Inspects materials in their storage locations to ensure that the sensitive are not deteriorated/damage for issuance purposes.
- Relocation of materials/stocks received to their respective locations
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification
Knowledge of Inventory management system.
Excellent MS office skills
Good writing and communication skills
Can work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.
Should be good coordinator between the departments.
Can work effectively as a team member
