Job Description
You will be required to:
* Lead the business development activities by giving Sales Team the direction and where required personally meet potential clients.
* Focus on developing new dealers / clients in existing and new markets for our Brand.
* Ensure that the Sales Teams have clear objectives and develop suitable strategies, plans and budgets capable of achieving them.
* Generate strategies that ensure growth in Motorcycle Spare Parts Sale Business turnover.
* Prepare Credit Management Policy for the Company. And implement it.
* Prepare a detailed plan for Collection & Recoveries. The collection strategy should be presented to Higher Management and implemented once approved.
* Manage collection process of defaulting accounts, and establish relationship with collection agencies and lawyers.
* Manage and create excellent Relationship with dealers for recoveries matters.
* Prepare weekly recoveries plan for collection & recoveries.
* Maintain an appropriate credit risk level as well.
* Coordinate with other Departments to ensure smooth and timely exchange of Information.
* Daily Reporting to Management.
* Conducting Training Sessions of Sales Staff.
Job Specification
You will be responsible for:
* Achieving profitable results for the Company, using the available resources.
* Manage the Sales Administration Function, performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible.
* Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
* Promoting the Company’s presence throughout Pakistan.
* Development of the annual marketing plan, detailing on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programmed plans.
* Responsible for the planning, recruiting, organizing and controlling of sales representatives.
* Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
* Plan and implement a specific appraisal system.
* Personally observe the performance of representatives in the field on a regular basis.
* Provide ongoing training for the Sales Representatives so that they can present company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
