Job Description: Takaful Team Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for Takaful products.
2. Lead and manage a team of Takaful Sales Consultants, providing training, coaching and motivation to achieve goals.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Takaful customer base.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and take corrective measures to improve productivity.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
7. Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify areas for improvement and growth.
8. Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
