Electrical Engineer (Building Maintenance Department)
SOES, Pakistan

a. Reports directly to the Department Head related to electrical works.
b. Prepare studies with cost estimate and drawings for new projects.
c. Conduct studies for old and new projects using engineering principles and techniques,
d. Produce details specifications and outline designs.
e. Conduct necessary inspections and modifications of existing designs for any electrical works.
f. Conduct site inspections and to prepare electrical technical reports for any deficiency found in any electrical works.
g. Develop project specification including those from other engineering disciplines.
h. Conduct studies/for any electrical jobs.
i. Prepare electrical work schedule using computer programs.
j. Conduct research using analytical, conceptual and planning skills particularly mathematical solutions and computer-aided designs.
k. Prepare documentations, reports and conduct presentations.

a. Possession of baccalaureate degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
b. licensed Electrical Engineer
c. At least five (5) wears relevant experience in electrical installation, operation and maintenance of domestic and industrial equipments and facilities such as small and big motors, supply & exhaust fans, water Heaters, Washing machines, Air Conditioning equipments, rewinding of defective industrial and domestic equipments,trouble shooting and repair and other electrical works,
d. Familiar with National Electrical Code (NEC).
e. Familiar with international building code which could be adopted to local building code.
f. Familiar with AutoCad computer program.
g. Must be computer literate particularly MS Word and Excel.
h. Must possess strong supervisory skills.
i. Can properly write, read and communicate in English.
j. Preferably not :more than 45 years old.
k. Work experience in the Middle East or multi-cultural environment is an advantage.
