Job Description
· Provide advice, guidance and information on admissions and related issues to prospective and existing students on courses offered by Top Australian Universities and Colleges, either studied abroad or locally.
· Involve in marketing activities to promote the courses offered through planning and implementing efficient and effective marketing strategies.
· Maintain data of prospective students collected from enquiries and to conduct follow-up customer service.
· Assist students in their application procedures.
· Ensure that all applications are reviewed and processed in accordance with established guidelines to determine admissions eligibility and follow-up with students for missing information / documents.
· Ensure that quality customer service is provided at all times to students and parents.
Job Specification
· Possess a recognized Diploma in Marketing / Business or possess working experience in sales, marketing and promotion.
· Good command of English both written and spoken.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
· Knowledge and skills in using computer.
· Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques and standards.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Ability to analyse and interpret the needs of students and offer appropriate solutions.
