Responsibilities:
1. Upwork Bidding:
- Maintain a strong online presence on platforms like (Upwork and Freelancer) with positive ratings and reviews.
- Understand job listings and promptly apply with well-written proposals and competitive bids.
- Seek out new opportunities on various online platforms to grow our client base.
- Create persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs.
- Negotiate and secure contracts that align with our business goals.
2. Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's revenue growth.
3. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project details.
4. Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder and Salesperson.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform, including bidding processes, client interactions, and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully securing projects and generating sales in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
