As an IT recruiter at Wayz Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to help us achieve our strategic goals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.

Job Specification
Qualifications:
