1. Evaluation of a customer profile (Student/job visa applicants) for respective process.
2. Assist customer in their documentation.
3. Filling out various application and other forms.
4. Follow up customer processes, Keep customer up to date about their processes.
5. Communicate with different concerned authorities, Universities, institutes & organization.
Job Specification
1. Good English Writing skills
2. Knowledge of academic disciplines (like Engineering, Management Sciences) & sub-disciplines
3. Good command of Microsoft word
4. Familiarity with university Documentation
5. Ability to prioritize and organize
6. Solutions focused with an emphasis on trouble shooting
7. Strong customer service focus
8. Systems and process driven Bachelor degree holders or A Level certificate holder can apply.
