• To Listen customer’s requirements and offer appropriately to make a sale with upselling approach.
• Maintain and develop relationship with existing customers when meeting them in person, or when taking incoming emails, chats and phone enquiries.
• Marketing calls in order to generate new business leads.
• To make sales entries into system and make sure order delivery to customer on time.
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• To learn level-1 support knowledge and to guide his/her special clients.
• Quotation creation within system according to customer’s requirements.
