Job Description

Esols-Tec Looking for a Social Media Executive who is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies and campaigns for a company.

Their role is essential in building and maintaining a strong online presence, engaging with the target audience, and achieving marketing and branding goals. Here are some common responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.

Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality and engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

Content Calendar: Create and maintain a content calendar to schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and timely presence on social media.

Audience Research: Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and demographics to tailor content accordingly.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a professional manner.

Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media profiles and pages on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

Paid Advertising: Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad creative development.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns and content, and provide regular reports and insights to improve strategy.

Trend and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Job Specification

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. having relevant academic qualifications can be an advantage.

Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Understanding the nuances of each platform.

Excellent written communication skills.
