Job Description
Responsibilities
1.Manage the operational activities of the department.
2. Continuously monitor systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the finance department.
3. Analyze and document business processes and problems and develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
4. Direct staff in the development, analysis and preparation of reports.
5. Supervise department staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Schedule and conduct department meetings.
7. Responsible to meet department productivity and annual goals.
8. Responsible for processing of revenue, expenditure, control documents, department/SU budgets, ledger and account maintenance and data entry.
9. Communicate with other relevant managers and director finance & Administration on department operations.
10. Oversee daily cash position and operations of the finance department.
11. Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports and hold monthly financial review meetings of the university.
12. Banking Relations and Management.
