Xtrasource Pvt. Ltd is a Telesales and Customer Service contact center established in 2012, located in DHA Phase 2, Lahore.
*CAMPAIGN: TELECOM / TELCO - USA*
We specialize in B2C sales for major providers such as Spectrum, Frontier, Xfinity, Vivint, and ADT for home security.
*Job Details:*
- Salary: Basic salary ranges from Rs. 60,000 to 90,000, depending on specific Telco experience, with additional monthly uncapped sales-based commissions.
- Working Hours: 8 pm to 5 am (Please note that this position exclusively involves evening/night shifts).

Job Specification
*Sales Representative Requirements:*
- Demonstrated experience as a CSR/TSR in the USA Telecom/Telco sector (minimum of 1 year).
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service and possessing exceptional customer service skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
