Job Description
1. Responsible for acquiring leads and business through different channels.
2. Responsible to perform pre-sales and post sales activities related to Time Tracking and Time management projects
3. Responsibility also includes requirements gathering, writing excellent proposals and closing the project.
4. Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients based in US.
5. Follow-up with prospects by phone, email, and Instant Messengers to answer any additional questions and eventually convert them into customers.
6. Achieve, daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue targets.
7. Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis & Continuously monitor customer satisfaction Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals & Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands
8. Work with team to achieve sales performance targets.
9. Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available products of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization.

Job Specification
1. Excellent verbal communication and comprehension.
2. Must have excellent English communication skills - writing, speaking and listening
3. Fluency in speaking English with neutral accent or US accent.
4. Should have previous knowledge of IT products sales and marketing but not a MUST!
5. MUST hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in IT, Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (Fresh graduates can also apply).
6. Self-motivated individuals having aptitude of sales & marketing and who can bring new ideas/channels for revenue generation
7. Responsible individual who is client-centric and can provide timely responses, follow-ups and willing to go beyond the expectations of the company and client.
