Problem Solving: Effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience.
Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist customers with their questions and purchasing decisions.
Order Management: Managing and tracking customer orders, ensuring they are processed smoothly.
Feedback Collection: Gathering valuable feedback from customers to help improve our services and products.
