Preparation of invoices and payment vouchers
Carry out approved transactions
Oversee and reconcile financial transactions, Ledger
Prepare and maintain general accounting/ payment records
Monitor and report on outstanding payments on weekly and monthly basis
Support in maintaining systems and processes
Maintain all records to audit ready standards
