Job Description
Summary: Currently we are looking for an office assistant reporting to respective sales/marketing executive for handling &filing of sales related documents.
Responsibilities and Authorities:
1. Assist Sales executive
2. Taking orders from customers.
3. Making Performa invoice, Send to customers
4. Get confirmation from customer; send orders to factory for production process.
5. Keeping sales record.
6. Maintaining sales report on weekly basis
7. General Office Administration and document filing
8. Any other duty assigned by management
ISMS Responsibilities: Responsible to secure information to protect the organization against the consequences of breaches of confidentiality, failures of integrity or interruptions to the availability of that information. In case of security breech due to mishandling employee will be accountable.
Qualification Required
1. Education: Bachelors or equivalent
2. Experience: 1 year office work experience
