Responsibility:
1. According to the company's overseas marketing strategy and annual sales target, make an annual sales plan for overseas markets, Responsible for the management of agents and customers in each market, Ensure the smooth development of overseas sales as planned;
2. Organize market researches and make strategies, development plans and implement.
3. Company brand management, making and implementing brand management plans; Overseas business market development, business negotiation, quotation making, contract signing, existing customer maintenance and tracking;
4. Use local e-commerce platforms, website promotion, product release, inquiry processing, order tracking; overseas market expansion, looking for target customers;
5. Payment management; organize order review according to regulations; Order process management, evaluation, tracking and risk control;
6. After-sales service management, regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys, grasp customer feedback information and provide services; Receive customer feedback and organize the implementation, collect after-sales information, analyze it and provide it to the technical department.
