2- Find major quality issues and implement their countermeasures
3- Implement new techniques / technologies for continuous improvement of quality
4- Liasoning with customers and sale team to handle customer complaints
5- Make annual business plan at QC/QA department and take necessary actions to implement plan
6- Working on ISO 9001 implementation in JW
