Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Resco's solutions and services.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
3. Create engaging marketing content across various platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and product launches.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
7. Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and clients.
8. Assist in the development of marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative marketing strategies.
6. Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
7. Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems and analytics tools.
