• To be responsible for conducting presentations and software demonstrations ·
• Analyze HR Policies and Requirements of customers

1. Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Softronic Systems to the agreed annual targets. Primary Focus will be Softronic Human Capital Management System.
2. Presenting Softronic Solutions to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, Skype meeting, telephone calls and emails.
   
3. Responsible for your own lead setting and appointment setting
4. Actively and successfully manage the sales process in collaboration with HCMS Team when required.
   
5. Gathering marketing intelligence and staying up to date with competitor activities.
